Englishtown Mussel Festival TBA The Englishtown Mussel Festival is a day long food and music festival featuring Mussels and lobsters from the local St. Ann's Bays.
Activities include a Celtic music fest all day, children's entertainment and a chef's contest where hopefuls can enter any seafood dish. A European chef will judge entries and award a prize.
Enter the 5 km fun run at noon or take a 45 minute ride on St. Ann's Harbour. A dance follows at the end of the day.

Margaree Summer Festival Aug 08 to Aug 10 This summer festival features theatre performances, river float races, a parade, a community pot luck and a garden party. The event occurs on the last weekend in July. A donation box for seniors' theatre performance is set up and the box social is also an auction. Most events are free.
